I liked this ep a lot!! One thing that I had been worried about, prior to its airing, was that the Jeannie would be portrayed as a Barbara Eden-type clone (i.e. a bimbo who would come onto Mulder and/or whom Mulder would get turned on by) and I was *SO* glad they didn't play it that way!
I liked the brothers. They were stupid, but the fact that they obviously cared for each other made their characters more real and less stereotypical.
Did anyone else think, at the end, that Mulder's third wish for had been for him and Scully just to spend some "downtime" together? And were you as thrilled as I was to realize that he didn't have to "waste" a wish on that; all he had to do was ask Scully to come over and she was happy to do it? (Yes, detoured, I definitely think there's a particular *PERSON* who makes Scully happy these days!) Finally, does everybody agree that maybe CC watched Disney's "Aladdin" one time too many?
