I like to know the whys and wherefores of things too. How did this person get through the last 20 years of his life? Did his parents put that disguise on him from an early age? Did he begin his brain-eating career by licking out the cat bowl at the tender age of 2?

This particular character really intrigued me and still does. A monster with a personality for a change. Perhaps it was not a bad thing to oust M and S from the show because instead of me scrutinizing every scene for shippiness I actually got more involved in the story line and the guest character. I actually did some thinking in this show which is something that has been lacking in the more recent couple of seasons. It was a pretty simple story but there is scope for thought and that is a plus these days. I actualy think I enjoyed the show more because of the absence fo M and S as I could concentrate more on the story instead of them. Hey what about Fox do the 8th season without either DD or GA? Scarily enough i think i would still watch it.
