I just watched the clip I have of the teaser from "all things" twice and she did indeed go into Mulder's room to get her coat, and the covers on the other side of the bed were turned down like someone had been sleeping there. So, I was wrong, I DO think they slept together. I'm changing my oppinion. I have to say...WHOO HOO!

To answer your question, Kathy, It is the same sweater she was wearing when we first see her b/c that first scene was supposed to be the morning after she stayed over Mulder's apartment, then we flashback to what happened to her...what was it...63 hours earlier.
