Subject: One thing I have enjoyed about Season 7 is the return of. . .

women who want to be friends with Scully! First we saw the African doctor helping her in "The Sixth Extinction", then she and Phoebe seemed to sort of be "bonding" during "First Person Shooter".
This seems to be kind of a "full circle" type of thing. During the first three seasons of "XF" we saw lots of women Scully seemed to be on friendly terms with. (i.e. Jacqueline, her college friend in "Jersey Devil"; Kelly, the Richmond, Va. police officer in "Soft Light"; Holly, the F.B.I. researcher in "Pusher"; and, of course, her sister Melissa in several different eps.) During seasons four, five and six, any woman who popped up on the show seemed a *LOT* more interested in "making it" with Mulder than making friends with Scully! (Okay, okay. I can't *TOTALLY* blame them for feeling this way, but it did get annoying after a while.)
Now I think the MSR has progressed to the point where most women realize Mulder is "taken" and so don't even bother. Phoebe did seem to want to attract *somebody's* attention, though. I'm just not sure who it was. The guy she was desigining the game with? Langley? Any guesses?
