Subject: My new nickname for Scully, can you guess what it is? "The B...."

Ah, ah, ah, get your heads out of the gutter people, I would never call Scully the name you're probably thinking right now (you can now unclench you fists and put down the rocks and sticks :-) ). Nope, my new nickname for Scully is "The Blight" Because, that's exactly what she is IMO. Dana is soooo BORING!!! And also so emotionally closed up that I really don't see why all you Shippers out there think that there's a chance for her and M.

It started when I first saw "Ein...Stein Und Zeit" (Damn it! I just can remember that ep's name!), and it evolved during the month of february into fullfleged dislike. I don't like Scully anymore! She's annoying, she's whiny and acts down right stupid sometimes.

Scully doesn't have an open mind except for when Mulder talks to her. She's not very nice, she's no fun and she doesn't seem to have any hobbies other than to bother Mulder with questions and jogging.

If I was a new FBI agent and I heard about an agent that worked in an office in the basement. I would think that that guy was somekind of mean person who wasn't very nice or sociable. And if I was told that he works with a woman that was assinged to work with him, I would think that she could be sort of my link for me to be able to communicate with that mean guy who others call "Spooky". It turns out that that lady is the impatient and kind of snappy one and that the guy is the easygoing and interesting person to talk to.

Scully isn't easygoing and she rarely sees the fun side of a case. Take "X-Cops" for instance. Look at how mean she was to the cameramen. Sure they can be a pain, but when Mulder realized that they would be along for the ride no matter what, he just went with it. Scully on the other hand had those mean glares and even told them she hates them! Why? She needs to relax a little.

In "First person shooter", I can understand the fact that she doesn't like videogames, but any living and breathing human being would appreciate the fun in shooting at virtual characters with a machinegun, but nooo not Dana. It's true that one could say that she was playing for her life and that required concentration and seriousness, but when it was over she could have cracked a smile! Just look at them in the picture at the top of this forum, Scully is just no fun!
And why did she have to get in Mulder's field of vision when he was looking at that SCALDING HOT girl in the police station? I was actually waving my arms at the TV to push her out of the way. :-) (Mama mia she was HOT!)

So many of you keep saying that Scully helps Mulder in his quest, but I say she slows Mulder down big time! The only time she helps is when Mulder tells her where to look. She whynes alot about not wanting to do the things Mulder wants her to do but she ends up doing them anyway because she never has an alternative. After 6 years of that she should give Fox a little more credit, but noooo, she still slows him down with all the questions. If it was for Scully, Mulder never would have found out that Samanthat was dead, because Scully wanted to do some "real work" with those other FBI agents who didn't end up finding anything.

All of this to say that M and S are two very different persons and that I really don't think a romantic relationship would work. Scully is too emotionally closed up and she's like a red vaccum that sucks the fun out of any situation, and I for one have had it. I don't mind seeing her around Mulder, but I just wish he'll ditch her every chance he gets to find the right way to approach a case and THEN call her for her still very good help.

I really thought she changed in the beginning of this season, but I see that The Blight is alive and kicking...and questioning...and whyning and... :-)

Misterio (still bitting his fist..."MAN she was HOT!!!!")
