Subject: Interesting what you say about the Internet

In one way you are right. I was always agog about what I was going to see from week to week, always on tenterhooks about events, with no chance of spoilers coming into it. It's interesting, isn't it, because it is widely agreed that TXF was the first TV show which used the Internet at grass roots. It was the first time a massive forum of fans could speak together quickly and easily and indulge in total immersion of the subject they loved. So, whilst it could be argued that people weren't very discreet about up and coming episodes they knew about, going on-line made watching the show a more wide ranging experience for me, more enriching. Yes, my sister and I are huge fans and we also swap opinions but to have a large group of other people, also with opinions, thoughts and feelings to share was fantastic.

In fact, the worst spoiler I have experienced was revelations about 'Requiem', but that didn't come via the Net but from a magazine!

P.S. I think DD is a very good actor, particularly as Mulder. He shows us so much about Mulder from the smallest nuances. What a lot of people underestimate is how much of Mulder's inner life is presented in an exquisite and subtle manner by DD's performance!
