Subject: What's your fave XF season and why??

Okay, I attempted this question over at the General Discussion board earlier in the summer and nobody ever replied to it, so I'll see if I get a better response over here. Which is your favorite season of XF (seasons 1-7 only, as this is the old eps board and many people haven't yet seen season eight; although I have a hard time believing anyone would choose it anyway!) and why?
My fave season is season six. I realize this season took a lot of flack for being too lighthearted, and God knows it had some memorable clunkers, but about half of my top 10 ever XF eps — i.e "Triangle", "The Unnatural", "Milagro", "The Rain King" and the "Dreamland" eps — are from this season. I don't think it's just me, either. There seemed to be more fanfic centered around this season than any season before or since.
