"Ugh." KS looks ill. "You could have kept that to yourself."

The Mayor turns brisk. "Get over yourself. Why would Santa throw a boot at me?"

KS thinks for a moment. "Maybe it was really Mrs. Claus?"

"More likely he meant to throw it at you. We all know you've been all kinds of bad."

KS scowls. "What's your point? Are we going to strong arm somebody or not? My weapons will get rusty in all this snow if we continue to stand out here."
