Doggett and Det stampede toward the HQ, knocking Rabid over in the process. "The arm, THE ARM!" Rabid screeches as she tumbles over into the bag of sluglets.

Det beats Doggett to the HQ (what is an HQ anyway?) and swirling her super-hero cape back over her shoulder, she turns up the volume to hear Stardoe's strained, excited voice: "...picked up the Mayor, struggling and screaming, and took her back to its lair to torture her, I'm certain! It was only because IG was flaunting her thong that we weren't picked up."

The transmission then falters and goes dead. There is a silence in the klub as the crowd attempts to make sense of what they've just heard.

"Who would have guessed that IG in a thong would be so frightening?" remarks Det, mystified.

The HQ springs back to life with a few more tantalizing comments. Stardoe can barely be heard to say..."found evidence that KS is still alive. Found her hidden torture chamber...small-scale village called 'KS-ville'..."

Smoke begins pouring out of the HQ and then goes dead.

"Kande! When was the last time you had this thing serviced?" CW is indignant with the delinquent klub-owner as she rushes over to put out the small fire that is flaming from the back of the HQ.

"Too busy," mutters the klub owner, adding yet another item to her Xmas list.

"Well, it's obvious that KS has dragged the Mayor to yet another torture chamber and is probably torturing her as we speak," Rabid announces. She sidles up to Doggett and starts mopping his sweaty brow. "Poor you, she obviously hasn't thought of the anguish she's causing, being the sociopath that she is." Doggett cries out and rushes from the klub with his fist in his mouth.

Det puts out a cautionary hand. "Now, Stardoe didn't say KS took the Mayor."

Rabid puts her hand on her hip and addresses the crowd. "Isn't it obvious? She plans to take over Shipperville and name it KS-ville. She'll be picking us off one at a time."

"If she comes back and sees you making goo-goo eyes at Doggett, she'll pick you off!" CW whispers to Rabid.

"I'd like to see her try!" Rabid waves her cast in the air threateningly.

"Don't you remember when Melissa was claiming Doggett as her hottie?" CW reminds her. "Have we seen Melissa here since? Or the time when l'elisir said he was cute? Have we seen her lately, hmm? Or IOT?"

Rabid stops and considers this. "It's clear KS is a devious fiend and must be stopped." she declares. She glances over at Kande who is hunched over her Xmas list. "Any ideas Kande?"

"Socks, need more socks," Kande mutters.
