She thinks that she can set the Season by the hairstyle Scully is wearing. Well, admittedly I have never checked the tapes but I think that it could easily be S4 hair. And like you both said the feel of the scenes says early eppy. Especially, in light of Scully's news...and Mulder's. They are talking about the consequences of her cancer treatment and the vial of eggs that he took at that time.

Now, Scully is mad at him for keeping that news from her, sure...but is she 3 years mad or 6 months mad. It looks more like the 6 month kind to me. Because if I found out I was barren 3 years AFTER my partner found out and his LAME excuse was "oh, you were SOOOO sick" I would DECK the BLIGHTER. And what about when I got better? Did it slip your mind that you had my eggs in cold storage somewhere? What about my agony over Emily?

And let's not forget they get those eggs back from wherever Mulder sent them for testing and they use them to try to get Scully pregnant. So, if the PM scenes ARE in S7...where have these "useless" eggs been all of this time? In Mulder's freezer? Well, small wonder they needed a MIRACLE to get her pregnant.
