I have a question. Would you appoint someone to be the football coach that doesn't have some sort of football coaching experience? Would you appoint someone to the the basketball coach or baseball coach that has not had some sort of coaching experience in the field? But, it's okay to appoint two (2) secretaries to coach a team of cheerleaders!

What are the credentials of our coaches? The only coaching I've seen them do is sitting on the sidelines (lying on their boyfriend/husband hugged up like they're 15 years old). These are the same coaches that didn't even want our football cheerleaders to be a part of the football Boosters Club so that they would be given the same benefits as our football team (which was to eat before games and sometimes even after). I've actually seen my daughter come home from a game starving (before they became a part of the Boosters Club) because their coaches wouldn't stop even at McDonalds and let them get a burger!!!!! I bet they didn't go without meals though!

WE NEED COACHES WITH A PASSION FOR THE SPORT. Someone our girls can go to and KNOW that their concerns are being heard. NOT COACHES THAT HAVE ULTERIOR MOTIVES FOR BEING THE "CHEERLEADING" COACHES!
