So you are saying that the new girls who havent ever cheered should not be cheering? I see where you are coming from, but you also have some that dont show up for practice, dont pay for uniforms,dont follow thru with obligations that could stand a wake up call!! I think if you are going to cheer it has to come right behind Grades and school work. It has to come before dates,work,etc. It takes someone really committed to the sport.I also think Union County has alot of girls who has paid alot of dues and should cheer above the rest. I just hate to see anyone hurt if they really want it badly. I dont think it should limited to only a few lucky girls but to girls old and new who can make the grade at tryouts. It should require a certain score to cheer period. If the scores have a big drop in them then thats where it should be cut off. Dont take the next one just to have a certain number and dont limit it to a certain number if the scores are very close.
