The human society in Union County is a volunteer thing I believe. That is why there is a fee. I don't know why you would have a problem with the fee. Everything that the people that I have dealt with at the human society really does have the best in mind for these animals. Maybe if everyone would donate to the human society so it could be run and come out even at the end of the year they could afford to give your mom a break. Instead it is always just bash their effort. That isn't right either.
