I believe this was agreed upon by all county fire chiefs, so I would think they would know about it.

All this is for is to mainly assure that there is enough coverage on an emergency scene, especially during the day! As you know, the departments are all volunteer and most of the members work during the day, so members are scarce during that time.

It's a very good idea!
