KK I do not want to sound like a smarty-pants... I know all the student need different types of teaching.. But why punish all the students for the low test scores.... They do have tutoring... after school or maybe before... If the students have low test scores why dont they (teahcers) call parents and make a meeting and talk to the parents and then arrange Tutoring classes.. Personally I do not think the 6-period day will be a good decision...
1.) You will have twice as much of homework as you did before because you will have 6 periods not 4.
2.) If you have more homework there is a chance you will not get it all witch makes your grade lower.
3.) You will not get to graduate at Christmas if you have all your credits because you will not be switching classes..

I could go all day about why I think that this is a Bad reason, but if the school board is thinking of doing this... and they want to know how the student feel why dont they come to the high school and talk to some of the students, or make us take a survey???
