Subject: UCHS PTA/PTSA

I'm new to the area so I know this will make many of you dislike me to begin with. I have decided to post any way. I just bought a home in UC and one of the main reasons I chose to buy here is the class schedule at UCHS. The first thing to throw me for a loop was that UCHS has no PTA/PTSA. It has been proven time and again that students do better with involved parents! I have concerns and questions as I am sure that many of you do. We need to be involved in our childrens' education. I saw everyone get fired up over a litter ordinance how many of you will stand up for our children. I will do anything I can to get a Parent/Teacher/Student Association going at UCHS. Please respond. I know there are many of you out there who care as much as I do. Does anyone want to help? Is anyone interested? Lets make this happen! Thanks you.
