Subject: Are you guys serious about a lifesize repro of the Gunblade?

I have some contacts within the manufacturing sector where I can create a schematic for a lifesize Gunblade reproduction.

I don't know how many of you are serious, but all I am looking for is some feedback.

1. Do you really expect this thing to fire?
2. Do you really expect this thing to cut?

If you answered "yes" to any of the above, the reproduction could cost into the thousands.

If you really don't care and just want a non-functional lifesize reproduction of a Gunblade made, say, out of Aluminum, then the price can make more sense.

So my question is this: if the Gunblade has no moving parts but is a lifesize reproduction with some degree of variance (copyright reasons) and is made of something like aircraft aluminum to keep the weight down, is this something that is of interest to you, and if so, is the price of around $250 (plus or minus) within your ballpark?

If I get enough serious individuals looking to invest in this, I may slot time for this project, otherwise I'll focus on something else.
