Actually I see the Doggett-Reyes relationship as being pretty platonic. We haven't seen them in any sort of compromising situation but we have seen them showing a definite concern for each other when hurt or in the hospital for example. I think Reyes knows the history of John and senses he is not ready to move on which is why she hasn't allowed any sort of intimacy beyond what two partners can typically share. Not a sexual intimacy, rather one where they are truly close friends.

I just am a hopeless romantic and would love to see Doggett and Reyes ride off into the sunset--maybe on a cool Harley up to Itasca State Park where they will walk across the Mississippi River without getting their feet wet!
