Well I think it's Scully's baby in particular but that's just my guess. The CSM theory seems to be the popular one right now and it's the one that makes a lot of sense to me. Which proabably means it won't be right! I think CC checks the internet to see what people's theories are and then choses a different path so we will all be surprised.

I remember reading an interiew wih Frank Spotniz about how they had come up with the idea of having the chip in Scully's neck cure her cancer. FS said that the story they went with was one theory among many on the internet he hadn't seen. I think they are pleased when they can surprise us with an idea we haven't thought of. So who knows how this will turn out! Many seem to think the CSM helped Scully so now they may go a different way.

I agree at least that Scully THINKS Mulder is the one who got her pregnant. That is certainly how GA playd that scene. That smile was unmistakable. I just hope to heck as Autumn Tysko suggested in her review that CC just didn't tell her that as a ruse the way he did with Gethsemane about Mulder's death so she would play the scene thinking Mulder is the father and then later change the story. I wouldn't put it past him to do something like that! :-(
