Oh yeah, that's me and my notorious typos. ;-D

Maybe he looks at it like Scully did when she used to write her field reports. She knew weird things seemed to be happening but her scientific mind told her that there has got to be a logical explanation to these things happening and she just couldn't explain it. Perhaps Doggett just thinks Scully hadn't found the logiocal explanation in some of the cases? As time went on he thought she was just being too heavily infuenced by that Mulder guy.

Another thing though, Doggett worked with Monica in the past so he was used to having a partner with "out there" ideas so maybe he's just learned to deal with it and put it in a perspective that satisfies him.
