Subject: Alien Abductees

I am curious about the different ways that the abductees , or suspect abductees, have been marked through out the series. In the pilot ep, the teenagers had three small dots on their lower back and large implants in their noses. Later that season Max Fening was introduced (anyone else miss him, I hope they bring him back) and he had an implant behind his ear. Then the guy who kidnapped Scully (can't remember his name but have nightmares about his scary face!!) had implants all over including his teeth.
Then Scully and Cassandra and the rest of the MUFON ladies club had tiny implants in their necks.

Are the Aliens doing different tests on different people or are they evolving and getting better technology?

Kenamom, who stayed up late to watch Patient X last night then spent the rest of the night 'pondering'.
