I actually love the myth arc eps best. And I'm female! The reason *I* don't post here is because being a Season 6 watcher, I am only qualified to speak about the mytharc up to the point I've watched. But almost everyone else has forged ahead, in the viewing stakes so they have a distinct advantage over me. If I came up with a suggestion as to why someone is behaving in whatever way, there are people who probably know the answer, so my speculation would be pointless. Once I have 'the whole story' I would love to post here more. I'm afraid of spoilers, you see..

I wonder why you think men like the intrigue and women don't? I don't really see the storyline as being esentially male. I mean, the Syndicate is made up of men (because men still tend to be in the greater positions of power in the world. Unfortunately a fact of life) but their dastardly plots with aliens against humanity are surely a concern to everyone, male or female. Also, it is the myth arc eps which have given Mulder and Scully the greatest character development overall, starting with DD working on Anasazi - the three part episode :)

Bring them all on!!! devlin
