I never watched Harsh Realm, but in the first season, it was Frank Black, his wife and daughter for the main characters. The second season the actress who played his wife thought her character wasn't being used to her full potential, so she wasn't on for a while, they brought in Lara Means, another Millennium groupish person who worked with Frank. They brought his wife back towards the end of the season, brought her back full force, then killed her:) The last season Frank worked with a black woman, who was a regular cast member and was definitely a lead character then.
