It was *GREAT* to see Mulder!! I wonder, though, why it was kept such a "secret"? Those of us who haunt these message boards knew about it, but it wasn't mentioned in any of the previews for the show and DD wasn't even listed among the guest stars. I would have thought they would have promoted the heck out of it!!
Also, since The Lone Gunmen will most likely not be back as a TV series next season (see my comments on ratings and renewals on the general discussion and season 8 boards) does that mean that Yves and the guys will be in Morris Fletcher's custody forever?? Or will they revisit this situation next year on XF?? Or will the guys (minus Yves) simply show back up on XF next season, with no mention ever made of her?? Or, if XF doesn't get renewed either, will "Mulder and Scully rescue the Lone Gunmen and Yves from the clutches of Morris Fletcher" be the basis for the plot of the next XF movie?? Or will the whole situation have to be resolved in fanfic??
