I forgot to mention, there is one major gap in her education. . .she never learned to deliver a baby! Boy, that's a pretty basic requirement in med school. Maybe she was one of those students that slept through call, saying, hey, I'm heading for Pathology, I don't need to learn this, let someone else deliver this one!

Little would she know a certain hurricane in Florida would be awaiting her in the future. . .

Sounds pretty unlike our Scully to miss a learning opportunity like that, though.

Although maybe not? "Sir, now that we've got this patient checked in, we can just consider this all resoved and go home now, right?"

Professor: "But you haven't even opened the _-file yet, Scully! We're not leaving while it's still unresolved!"
