Subject: Scully often seems to forget medical basics as the script dictates
In reply to: Stardoe 's message, "Scientific Scully" on 02:10:05 12/30/99 Thu

For example, in ep with Lucy Householder (is that the name? It's the ep where the woman who survived her kidnapping seems to be linked to a current case) and the girl is pulled out of the water, seemingly drowned.

Scully gives up CPR almost immediately. As I understand drowning cases, CPR is supposed to administered as long as possible as recovery can occur after even after a lengthy immersion, especially if the water is cold.

In "Monday", she doesn't continue to apply pressure to Carrie Hamilton's (can't remember the character's name) wound.
