Ah, the return of Krycek! And didn't he look good? Scruffy, but good.

Not to fan the flames of controversy, but this ep gave us further insight into Scully's character. She obviously had a happy childhood with many wonderful memories. That must make it doubly painful for her to hear that the investigation into her sister's murder is being shelved.

I've never been able to figure out if Mulder is flattered or offended by Scully's description of him. You know, where she says that if he was dropped in the desert and told the truth is out there, he'd ask for a shovel. Or a backhoe. He then asks, "Is that what you really think of me?" I think he's flattered, but he looks uncomfortable. Perhaps because Scully has him figured out?
