Subject: The Point I was trying to make
In reply to: Scully'sMyHero 's message, "Just watched it!" on 17:46:34 05/08/02 Wed

wasn't that Scully doesn't trust Mulder completely (or was I?) But that the housewife already had expressed a fear of her husband cheating (according to Mulder anyway) and the Nazi war criminal did torture people, so it was a realistic fear for the son. It has always bothered me that the others actions were based on a specified fear while Scullys came out of the blue. Any of the previous actions on Scullys part was otherwise ('Your the ONLY one I trust Mulder'). I think it would have made more sense if she turned against Skinner. It wasn't until season 7 or 8 that she truely trusted Skinner, before that she wasn't sure.

Just a little food for thought.
