Subject: Ratings are strange!

The LA Times ratings are for all viewers total. Perhaps the ones you get are for households. That would make sense that the LA Times would be higher. Compare one household to four viewers in that household. I don't know how they work it all out though!
I guess it would be all relative. And the number placement might not mean much. But judging by the numbers in millions of viewes the show is doing well. The two part premiere got over 15 milion for each ep I thnk and all of the subsequent eps have gotten over 13 million. And each week was a litte higher than the last except for Redrum. But I think that's to be expected because a lot of college students watch the show and it was finals week. Plus it's getting closer to the holiday season and people watch TV less.

The drop from 15 millon to 13 million doesn't surprise me. Premieres generally get more viewers and the show did lose one of two major characters. But 13 million is still darn good.
It will be interesting to see how the Mulder eps at the end fare. I hope they do well! I wouldn't want DD to feel unnecessary! I hope some people don't just get tired of waiting for Mulder and say, 'forget it.'

If Mulder says Scully is home resting would you feel better if the home she was resting in was THEIR home? ;-) Spme Mulder/Scully phone conversations would be good. O'm a bit worred that there's some bitterness from GA toward DD about the salary hikes. I hope that doesnt have any baring on how much they'll be working together.
