Anybody can have pouty lips (except maybe Doggett), but few are capable of the luscious part.

Anyway, the first thing that popped into my head when I first saw Ice was, whose idea was it to put Scully in a WHITE parka and furry boots? Her sense of fashion certainly has improved over the years. However, as you guys point out, she no longer dresses like an FBI agent. But you gotta admit that she looks pretty damn good.
