Well I don't know all that much about GA except that she had a former punk past and tends to be more free spirited. She has said herself that Scully is so much smarter than her.

DD admits that in the beginning he could keep he and Mulder separate but as time went on more of himself bled into Mulder's character. But I think DD was more like Mulder to begin with. They puposely cast a very smart guy for the Mulder role and he's very booksmart as well as intuitive like Mulder. And they both have cracked jokes all along.

Not that GA is a dummy but Scully is much more of qn intellectual and also so orgnized and focused. GA seems much more carefree. But I think we are definately seeing more GA creep through recently with M&S playing around and laughing more. Scully has laughed more this season than she had for the first 6!

It's also been reported that their beliefs are the opposite of their characters. GA is very into the paranormal stuff while DD doesn't believe in much of that. He does say he thinks there's life on other planets but he doesn't think they've been here.

The food reference does seem to be a GA thing. She big on health food so I think the tofutti and bee pollen can be attributed to her.

Dogs? Wel Scully had Queequeg but that was kind of by defalt and we know GA loved animals ns suports Peta and has a great big dog for a pet.
