Sir I don't blame you if you don't know the other woman. She is a Fake made up Lebanese contestant. Miss Lebanon 1997, her name is Joelle Behlock. The Lebanese as paid the Miss World judges and did a lot of behind the scenes politics and negotiations and bribes so that she could be 6th runner up. They tried too hard to make her stand out by putting her in extravagent dresses, great hair dos, and all the make up in the World to create a look that her naturally unattractive Lebanese Face looks like. Much like a masculine, big Lebanese woman with a well maintained body.
