"You going back to the office tonight?" She questioned with a slight pout, her head tipped to the side as her blonde hair fell down around her shoulders. She didn't mind him working so much really, because she understood the importance of some of these cases but she did miss him sometimes.

He tried not to work too late these days... it was good to see Dre before he went to bed and it was always good to spend quality time with her. He also found himself spending less and less time at his own apartment and more time at hers and Kenzi's. It had a more homely feel to it, he felt more at home at her place than he did his own place.
