Subject: He frowned again, he hated seeing a girl so upset even if she was a total bitch to him, it still just didn't sit well with his southern manners. "Hey..it's ok darlin'." He murmured, going over to her, running a hand slowly down her arm but when she didn't seem to calm down anymore he tugged her gently into his arms, holding her tightly to his chest as he comforted her. "It's alright, he's fine...Just gotta watch his leg and his eating habits.."

  • (When it all came down to it, the ice princess was little more than a scared girl who pushed everything away from her that was good, and focused on getting away from her life. She had no idea where she would end up, but she knew that it wouldn't be in this town. She found herself clinging to him, sobbing and shaking, hating herself for being so mean to him.. but knowing that she could never be with him, they were too different.. it was easier to make him hate her than to lead him on. Her hair was slipping out of it's braid and it made her look even more vulnerable and in need. He had saved her horse, she owed him, and she knew at that point she had weakened towards him.)
