Subject: Rewatching The X-Files

My boyfriend has never seen TXF so we just started watching it together. So far we've watched Pilot, Deep Throat, and Squeeze. We're going to skip the duds (Roland, I'm looking at you), but I'm really excited.

Upon second viewing I LOVED the Pilot because I love Mulder and Scully so much and it's fun seeing their beginning, but the story really isn't that great. Deep Throat is OK and good for laying groundwork, but compared to episodes in seasons 2-5 it's nothing. But Squeeze remains awesome. I love that episode.

In the first episode when Scully gets called into Section Chief Blevins office and CSM is in the corner my bf says, "Hey, I know that guy! That's the cigarette smoking man!"
