This continues to be an intriguing show. The Asian-American FBI guy is apparently Agent Noh (I didn't catch his first name; on the other hand, I also still haven't figured out the last name of the main family consisting of Mark, Olivia and Charlie).

I do have to nitpick a little. First thing, the kids at the school playing blackout: um. . .the flash forward was to a time when it was 10 p.m. in California. Most elementary school aged kids are in bed asleep at 10 p.m. So, presumably, most of them wouldn't have had a flash forward of anything. Or they would have had a flash forward to a dream. This would also apply to the vast majority of adults on, say, the East Coast, as they would have "flashed forward" to a time when it was 1 a.m. where they lived. And how do you know whether you had a "flash" of an actual event or just something you were going to be *dreaming* at that point??

I did like the part about the FBI boss being in the bathroom when the blackout happened AND being in the bathroom again in his flash forward. It was funny and you have to assume that most people would just be doing mundane things like that at any given time.

Also, why do the figure that anybody who didn't blackout must be part of a conspiracy?? For almost any kind of disease or condition, there are always a few people who are immune. Back in the Middle Ages, up to 90 percent of some European villages died of the Bubonic Plague. But the people who didn't die weren't the *cause* of the plague, they just happened to have stronger immune systems or whatever.

Totally off the wall theory: I think Agent Noh is the father of the baby the female FBI agent (haven't figured out her name yet) sees in her sonogram. I realize he's supposed to be engaged to another woman (who we haven't actually seen) but there seems to be a little UST between those two.
