Vincent went to dog heaven (staying for awhile in a strange kennel with Lassie, Benji and the animals from Homeward Bound).

Rose & Bernard could have lived on the island for many years and died much later but still were in that sideways world at the same time as Jack. Same goes for Sawyer & Kate & those few who got away on the Ajira plane. I don't buy that they didn't make it-that the wreckage during the end credits was them & not the Oceanic plane.
