it's summer series "Persons Unknown". It was only supposed to last through the summer and yet they still pulled a episode to air only on the internet. Why do they do that? I couldn't watch! They did air the final two installments saturday night on regular tv.

"The Event" does look exciting from the long promo I saw during the Emmys last night. I still might check it out but I'll wait tilll I hear some reviews.
"Flash forward" totally fizzled out. I feel sorry for the regular viewers who got no answers.

The show "Memphis" isn't set on the coasts. Although they do the actual filming mostly in Louisiana.
You might like that one too, IG. It airs on TNT and they're just in the first season though so I guess it's not out on DVD yet but you might want to keep it in mind. It stars Jason Lee from "My Name is Earl" as a very good, compassionate detective for the Memphis PD. The always good Alfre Woodard plays his boss.

Question: Why is it we don't discuss shows here they way we used to so deeply like 24, Lost and of course, our X-Files? I didn't realize SMH watched so many of the same shows as me and I know I share at least one or two in common with everyone else.
Do these show not lend themselves to nitpicking type discussion? Are most programs more just, watch and then forget about them shows?
