Subject: Another TV almost kiss. . .

like the hallway scene in the first X-Files movie!
This one was in the second season of "Psych" between the (fake) psychic detective Shawn Spencer and Juliet, the police officer he works with. Juliet had had a bad day and Shawn came up and put his lips just millimeters away from hers. She told him what they were doing was a mistake and he said they were just "talking very closely" their lips never actually touched, but you could tell the intent was there, on Shawn's part at least.
We're watching the second season of "Psych" on DVD. It's a nice mix of mystery, romance and comedy, like a lot of those 80s TV shows (i.e. "Remington Steele", "Moonlighting", etc.).
