Was watching Bob Baker talking on the special features of my Hand of Fear DVD last night. Nice sort of chap. I don't see how the cartoon K9 could interfere with the REAL K9 appearing in SJA. ONly that RTD probably doesn't want to pay for it. I think K9 should be in some eps of SJA because according to many reviews of the ep I've read, most people loved K9, could not fault his performance in the pilot ep and lamented that he's not going to be in it more. I think, for that show, paying for K9 to appear now and then would be well worth it. I know some people don't like K9 but kids love him. According to one reviewer, K9 was his kids' favourite part of the show. I think he appeals to kids and they are the target audience. I love K9. He should be in it.
