The only new show I'm watching is Dirty Sexy Money and so far I am enjoying it. Not sure it's the cup of tea for most on here, it's a nighttime soap for sure. I think it's a lot of fun.

As far as returning shows, I'm watching Prison Break, The Biggest Loser, 30 Rock, The Office, and Friday Night Lights. Friday Night Lights has been moved to (surprise!) Friday nights, which doesn't affect me but which I fear could put a major hurting on the ratings. It also has a new murder storyline which just seems over the top. Other than that all of my shows are still looking pretty good.
