Yes, old Mary Whitehouse did give DW a run for its money. SJA is very similar to the old DW. Sarah is basically the Doctor, Maria is the companion, Luke is like Harry and Clyde is a bit of a Brigadier. And I guess Alan has just become K-9. Apparently they are making a second series but it's not finalised yet.

I do see what you mean about TW. They will still have the adult version but the kid version will be shown separately at an earlier time. All the new TW eps will still be adult. They just edit them for the kids.

I have tried to download the latest DW ep with Kylie Minogue but my computer has reached it's memory limit. I'll do it once I clear some stuff. Apparently it had mixed reviews. Everyone seemed to have loved the story and the action but people are starting to get sick of the "Lonely Doctor losing the love of his life" theme. So that was the major gripe of most.

Also I have watched the Children in Need charity DW show. 10 mins with David Tennant and Peter Davidson. Very very good.
