And was confused about a couple of things. For one thing, why did Jack's brother and father not think he was dead? He'd been declared "dead" and then came back to CTU for ONE day (last season) and then was shipped off to China. Would the federal government have really called his relatives and said, "Hey, we've got good news and bad news! The good news is, your son's NOT dead, like we told you a couple of years ago. The bad news is, he's in a Chinese prison camp."
And, since Jack was calling various other relatives to say "Hey, I've been freed from the Chinese prison camp and am back in America!" shouldn't he have called his daughter, too? Whatever "issues" Jack may have with his daughter, she shouldn't have to learn about her father's freedom from her uncle or grandfather.
Also, geez, his sister-in-law is certainly a B***H!! Whatever her "history" with Jack might be, he just returned from a Chinese prison camp! Couldn't she have at least said "Welcome home!"???
