I got the feeling that Jack's brother knew and probably was instrumental in sending him to the Chinese camp. His comment about the prison was the clue. I also remember just a short cameo appearance last season of his creepy brother at the the end of the day. Didn't know who he was then. I just wish I knew how his father fit into the picture. Guess I'll have to wait for another episode (or two or three.) At least they can't shoot off any bombs right away.

It looks like Jack might be the only honest person in the Bauer family. As for Kim, she said she didn't want to have a typical father-daughter relationship with him. Something about how her life gets messed up when he is around. Frankly I think she is the b...h. I think she is a spoiled and self-centered kid.

As for the sister-in-law, maybe that was a one sided thing on her part and he didn't know about it or he said no. Hopefully we get those answers sometime "today!"
