I don't know why actresses would want to leave a hit series. Being an actor can be so difficult, not knowing when they will work next. Seems to me a steady series job would be desired--and many do want that, saying it's especially good if you have a family. Maybe that actress had some personal issues I don't know. But I'm glad Hill Harper's character is out in the field now. He was being wasted as an ME.
