The ep itself was okay. I thought there would be more people from CSI:NY in it, not just Mac.
However, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say. . . I'd be willing to bet that Horatio (character played by David Caruso) has never been married. He kept badgering that poor widower because he was "amazed" at the normal interactions between the man and his now-deceased wife. They switched cars! The wife had items belonging to her husband in her pockets! I kept waiting for the autopsy to reveal that the woman had traces of her husband's semen in her body and for Horatio to be "stunned" by that coincidence, too!
Note to Horatio: my husband and I *frequently* switch out which vehicles we drive, based on who's going where, who has the kids with them, etc. I often have items belonging to my husband -- like his paycheck stubs or credit card receipts he has signed -- in my pocket or my purse. This is not evidence of a bizarre conspiracy or an amazing coincidence; it's "evidence" of a normal marriage.
