I watched last night's ep and it was okay. I do like Agent Edgerton (LDP's character) and will probably make an effort to watch every ep he's on. Don and Charlie continue to be funny together and I agree the actors who portray them have good chemistry and do a good job creating a realistic sibling relationship.
My main problem with the show remains the same as it was near the end of last season: it's simply too much of a "boys' club" atmosphere to really hold my interest. It's like a cross between "Dragnet" and "Bonanza" or some of those other 60s shows where all the main characters are men and women are relegated to supporting roles or guest starring status. The opening credits showed two women, but only one of them was even in this ep and she wasn't in it very much.
There's nothing particularly "wrong" with a show in which the important relationships are father/son and brother/brother, but it's simply not my cup of tea. I prefer shows with a focus on strong women characters and male/female relationships(i.e. Mulder and Scully on "The X-Files" or Mac and Stella on "CSI:NY" or the various women on "NCIS"). So, while I may tune into an occasional ep of "Numb3rs", it's not going to be "Must see TV" for me.
