Lost--Libby was a patient at the asylum but we don't know how she got out. Hurley commented that a girl like her didn't look at guys like him. She kissed him and they walked off. The flashback was of him putting his arm around his imaginary friend in the robe while Libby was being given her meds. Hurley did wonder aloud, while on the cliff, if he had met Libby before. As they walked off, I can't say she looked evil--more like a Zombie to me.

All I can say is that this show has really gotten wierd and I hope they tie up these new things before the end of the season. The wierd guy in the hatch, Hurley and his mental/emotional problems (which I would have never guessed at the beginning of the show) and now Libby.

As for 24, Jack walks out of the fire carrying the creep who he had been chasing--sent him back to CTU. Back at CTU, Homeland security (under the VP's directives) has taken over CTU, brought in their own staff to replace the CTU people and sent them packing. Chloe was handing over her codes, etc. while the sleezy HS assistant was trying to get Audrey to sign a statement saying that Buchanon had messed everything up which is why HS had to take over. Audrey refused because it was all bogus, however she knew that while she could and would be staying there, Chloe would be gone. So Audrey bravely signed the statement, got Chloe back in as her personal assistant so she could finish her reports faster. Then the two of them helped Jack and Palmer's brother rescue the daughter of Martha Logan's secretary. This lady had proof of what was going on but wouldn't give it up until she had her daughter back They succeeded but the secretary got shot in the leg. The ending scene showed the OTHER creep in the White House as he talked about the plot to date. The creep is President Logan, in person.

My only question is if the Vice President is in on the whole thing with the President. My first answer is yes. Homeland Security people looked like the cat who swallowed the canary after their takeover. Almost too many people/organizations are beccoming crooks.
