DD and GA were what made the show tick. As for NCIS, I hope it's Palmer as he doesn't really add much to the show except to be "insipid" as you put it. He does that remarkably well. Hopefully McGee, Tony, Abby and Ziva stay. They are fun to watch and really have a nice chemistry. I have always enjoyed Ducky and the show uses him well . . .fun for old Man from U.N.C.L.E. fans like myself!
