If you'd asked me at the beginning of the season whether I'd still be watching next year, I'd have said no. But I have to admit that when this one ended, I was wishing the next season would start soon because I'm anxious to see where they are going with Jack. Whatever happens, I hope Chloe is there. Maybe we'll even get some kick-ass Chloe scenes.

So whatever happened with the boss lady whose daughter committed suicide? They just sent her home and we never heard from her again? And the agent who was tortured because she'd been set up, then fired when she wanted to be compensated for what she'd been through? Both of those situations had the feel of characters who didn't test well, so the producers needed to get rid of them.

All I can say is that if CTU were real, I wouldn't want to live anywhere near it. Didn't it seem like all of the action was taking place within 10 minutes of the LA office? It sure didn't take Jack very long to get to where the action was.

I'm glad Tony and Michelle got back together. I wonder if Palmer will be back, and how they'd make that happen. (Wasn't there a joke early on about Haysbert's Allstate commercials? Some reference to being in "good hands"?)
